Help! My place is a mess, where do I start?
The best place to start is to first get rid of the things in your home that you are no longer using. You can do this over days and weeks - no need to do it all at once. You can even ask a friend to help you - sometimes another person can give you perspective. If you have not used it, worn or opened it in the past two years, chances are you are not going to use it again. So if you donate, sell at a garage sale or on ebay, or give to someone who could use it then you will free up space and stop collecting dust. This is an ongoing process - even the most highly organized do this often.
